TERM & CONDITIONS

Package

1. All price is FIXED.

2. Price DID NOT INCLUDE travel and lodging expenses.

3. Down grade of the package is not allowed once the package is decided and the down payment has been made EXCEPT to upgrade the package.

4. Travel expenses includes petrol usage / distance travelled, toll and lodging (if applicable).

5. All price is negotiable depending with the current rates.

 

Booking

1. Booking can be made in between 1 to 5 month before the event (dates are subject to availability).

2. All booking will be count as confirmed once the deposit has been made.

3. Balance of the payment must be made no later than one month after the event.

4. The booking date is not changeable unless there is a vacancy on the date.

 

Deposit and Payment

1. Deposit of RM 300.00 is needed to confirm the booked date. 70% of the payment need to be made before the event and the balance of 30% must be completed within ONE MONTH after the date of the event.

2. If client decided to CANCEL THE BOOKING after deposit has been made, the deposit will not be returned and will be count as compensation fee.

3. Deposit can be made by cash or online transfer.

4. Account number will be given once the client has agreed with the offered package.

5. ARTFIDZ PHOTOGRAPHY has the right to withhold the album delivery for client who is late in completing the payment.

6. For instalment scheme, client need to make sure that the payment is completed before the date of one month after the event.

 

Photo

1. All the process and editing of the photo is subject to copyright of ARTFIDZ PHOTOGRAPHY. Client may give suggestion for their photo, however, ARTFIDZ PHOTOGRAPHY has the right to refuse it if it conflict with the design and theme of ARTFIDZ PHOTOGRAPHY.

2. All photo is subject to copyright of ARTFIDZ PHOTOGRAPHY and we have the rights to use it in the portfolio or for promotion purposes.

    

    

3. The ownership of all photo falls to the ARTFIDZ PHOTOGRAPHY’s client. Client may use all the given photo to upload it in the website/social media or entering a contest. We are happy if you could give credit to Art-Fidz Photography at the site that you use to upload the photo.

4. All softcopy of the photo will be kept by Art-Fidz Photography for as long as 6 MONTHS from the date of the event. If there is an incident where client lost all the softcopy of the photo, kindly send a request to get the softcopy during that period of time only.

 

Album and Delivery

1. Waiting period is at least 60 DAYS and as late as 90 DAYS from the date of the event.Tempoh menunggu ialah sekurang-kurangnya 60 hari dan selewat-lewatnya 90 hari dari tarikh majlis serta mengikut giliran pengantin.

2. The album will not be send for processing unless the final payment has been made.

3. Delivery is by hand for area around Klang Valley. For the client who is outside the mentioned area, client is encouraged to collect it themselves or using courier service (current rates apply).
